Don't panic! We are here to help you get access to your account, troubleshoot any issues you are having, or answer questions. The best method is to email us with as many details as you can provide. This will help us to respond quicker and reduce the amount of questions we may send back to you.
Common Questions our Help Desk Receives:
- Password Reset Can't remember your login information? Have you tried the "Forgot username / password?" link. In most cases if you put in your First Name, Last Name (Exactly as they are listed in your profile) and a good email address you should be able to have a password reset link emailed to you.
- Testing Problems Failed a test and need to retake it right now? All you need to do is go to your "Overview tab" and click the "Withdraw" button for that class, then find the class again and re-register for it. You can go through the course again if you want refresh your memory or you can click the Take Exam link, to retake the test right away.
