Course Description:
STEP training includes Classroom, mock-up and typical terrain maneuvers for exiting a helicopter via Single-skid, Toe-in and hover Exit/entry. Training provided to meet requirements of OPM-40 (Toe-In, Single Skid, and Step-Out Landings). Requires Project Operations Plan, Risk Assessment, and Bureau Aviation Manager's approval.
